RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – Sparks City leaders have launched a new website to simplify and speed up the process of obtaining information.
You will find quick links to the most requested services and contact information.
Updated City website includes a new “City Help Center” on the main home page, providing one-click access to City meetings, City services, key departments , job opportunities and more.
There are also specific “Sparks news” and “meetings and events” sections.
Plus, the new “how do I” section provides quick access to some of the most requested information, including how to report problems, pay for city services, submit public records requests, view maps of neighborhood and more.
“Everything was on our old website. It was just harder to find, so now with the new help center in town, you can really access things with just one click instead of having to dive deep into the website to find things” , said Julie Duwel, communications manager for the city of Sparks.
Visitors are encouraged to subscribe to the new website notify system to stay up to date on what’s happening in the city, including emergency alerts, police and fire updates, city news and meeting agendas.
