Remember to leave room for cyclists and check if there is nothing to come before opening your car door.

It’s Thursday, you’ve completed the bump of the week, you’ve definitely earned a treat. A game of anti-cycling bingo to start the morning off right? And not just any boring old local newspaper game of anti-cyclist bingo … this is the cab driver edition …
The prompt for this one? TfL’s Taxi & Private Hire account simply asks drivers to “remember to leave room for cyclists and check if there is anything coming before you open your car door”. How dare they …
If you can find a rule that cyclists cannot ‘weave’ (filter) I will donate £ 1000 to a charity of your choice.

We leave for a flyer there. The … “any luck …[insert generic rambling about cyclists breaking rules]”is a manual starter in this game. Obey the rule of the roads, ride the sidewalk, jump to the red light, and zigzag between traffic (otherwise known as filtering). Yes, it’s a solid four already. ticked off by the man whose biography states he is proudly one of London’s world famous taxi drivers.

How about a little basic training in the rules of the road for cyclists !! Easy to start what does a red light mean? ??

Highway code and red lights. A classic duo.
Unfortunately cyclists don’t maintain the room / space I give them. They go up to the left when I’m about to turn left and they constantly go to RED lights. Cyclists must earn their respect

@TfLTPH and @TfL should put up registration numbers for bicycles so many times that they can scratch cars without consequences and they have more rights than people who pay for the road!

We’re going through them now … but wait, what is this? I think we have a winner … Cabbie Ray, take it …
Can you tell cyclist 2 to watch b4 maneuver, have lights, breaks, stay away from the moving vehicle, stop jumping red lights, let people cross on the way to pedestrians, not to ride on sidewalks, to avoid collisions with pedestrians, to slow down when seeing danger, etc … etc … etc … thank you

I make these nine bingo favorites in a 280 character tweet – awesome stuff. I’m especially happy that Ray looks after our well-being by making sure we take regular breaks so that we don’t tire ourselves too much. There were too many other answers to include more than the most entertaining.
Elsewhere, we had: “, no more comments at a red light, cyclists are driving too fast, no more comments at a red light, they should be in their bike lanes … but it is interesting to note that there is no has not a single comment on the helmet. At least no one has said anything about the boat tax …
I’ll leave you with that …
Everyone has their own thing âº
